4THDMC | EVOLVE started in California, running a consulting practice built on the same instinct that drives it now: absorb what’s changing fast, translate it into something a business owner can actually use, and stay in the room until it works.

A partner betrayal and a pandemic ended that chapter. What followed was a rebuild from the ground up, this time as an educator, teaching business to high schoolers while earning an MBA and a Master’s in Education. That classroom became a second lab. Watching how people actually learn AI, not just use it, sharpened the same skill that built the first practice.

4THDMC | EVOLVE is both of those chapters combined into one operating model: consulting judgment from a decade in the field, AI fluency from the classroom, and a delivery standard that doesn’t hand you a slide deck and walk away. You get a system built to keep running.
